Operations Manager

We at Desko (A Smart Furniture D2C Company) are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our organization's operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Manufacturing, Delivery, Installation and Post Sales Customer Service

• Timely Managing procurement, sourcing, quality, inventory and orders

• Execute Complete Order Life-cycle from Order Received till Warranty Services for each customer

• Update Operations Excel Sheets/System daily

• Timely Response to Customer Queries of Chat, Mail and Call

• Timely Raise Consumer Tickets and work on resolving within TAT

• Keep Customer informed for progress of their order

• Create Important Excel Sheets and Formula mechanisms for smarter operations

• Research on Best Suppliers, Partners and Ensure Good Relations maintained with all for better cooperation

• Give Implementable Ideas on Optimization of Operations.

• Research on New Products with and without AI that will help Desko grow

• Miscellaneous/Other works not directly pertaining to operations of Desko

Good To Have:

• Suggesting Ideas for Automation for Faster Execution of Repetitive Tasks

• Visit Factory in Delhi/Other Regions (optional) for better networking with Operations Team

Skills:

• Ownership on Quality & Customer Satisfaction

• Should know Hindi (for factory workers) & English (for customers)

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
