Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution: Setting timelines, creating trackers, ensuring daily team alignment, and monitoring that targets are met.
- Data & System Management: Ensuring all project documents and links are properly filed, maintained, and accessible in one centralized place.
- External Writer/Vendor Management: Building and maintaining a pool of external writers
- Coordination & Communication: Serving as the central coordinator between internal teams (producers/writers) and external teams/freelancers, ensuring no information is lost.
- Financial Tracking: Creating and managing trackers for external invoices and payments.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in using Google Sheets / Excel
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
- Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies
- Problem-solving approach
