Role: Area Manager
Location: Bangalore
Package Offered: 8 Lpa - 12 Lpa
Roles and Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Manage the Profit & Loss for the specific area/cluster, balancing cost control with revenue generation.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of property upkeep, facility management, and service delivery across all units in your cluster.
- Occupancy & Sales: Drive occupancy targets by aligning with the sales team and ensuring property readiness for visits and move-ins.
- Customer Experience: Act as the escalation point for complex tenant issues. ensuring high-touch customer service and quick resolution of grievances.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of on-ground staff. Monitor their rosters, performance, and daily deliverables.
- Data & Reporting: Utilise Excel and internal tools to analyze operational data, prepare reports, and spot trends to improve cluster performance.
- Crisis Management: distinct ability to handle situational crises with maturity and quick decision-making.
