Designation - Fleet & Driver operations - Manager
Location - Bengaluru
CTC - 8-12 Lakh
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Onboard drivers for fleet partnership programs with companies like Uber, Ola, etc.
- Manage daily coordination with drivers for vehicle allocation, documentation, payouts, and schedules
- Build and maintain relationships with driver partners and fleet owners
- Resolve operational issues, escalations, and grievances with urgency and empathy
- Monitor driver performance, compliance, and discipline
- Ensure timely availability of drivers and vehicles as per requirement
- Support fleet partners in smooth operational flow and customer experience
- Maintain driver records, agreements, and activity logs
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for drivers when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Service & Support for issue resolution
- Track on-ground operational metrics and share daily/weekly reports
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS- Prior experience working with drivers, fleet management, logistics, or mobility platforms is mandatory
- Strong communication skills (Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred)
- Ability to manage large groups of drivers and handle conflict effectively
- High ownership, problem-solving attitude, and working comfortably on the ground
- Good understanding of local Bengaluru geography and transport ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & smartphone-based operational tools
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for field coordination
