We're hiring a Operations Manager skilled in business operations, data, CMS, and cross-
team coordination while also supporting finance reporting and accounting tasks.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Manage end-to-end UAE study abroad operations including lead handling, application processing,
offers, and documentation tracking
Oversee daily lead flow from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for UAE-focused
campaigns
Execute and optimise UAE-specific lead generation campaigns in coordination with marketing
Monitor lead quality, CPL, conversion ratios, and follow-up SLAs
Allocate and distribute leads to counsellors and call centre agents, and track performance
Handle day-to-day call centre operations including rosters, queues, productivity, and follow-ups
Track call centre metrics such as call volumes, connect rates, talk time, and conversions
Ensure timely application processing and coordination with Dubai and other UAE universities
Maintain high accuracy in CRM data, application records, and documentation
Prepare daily and weekly MIS covering leads, calls, conversions, and application status
Identify operational and funnel-level gaps and recommend improvements
Experience Required (Market-Aligned):
For Fresher / Early-Career Candidates:
0.51.5 years of experience
Exposure to education sales ops, calling teams, or lead management
Basic understanding of Google Ads / Meta leads and CRM workflows
Will be trained on UAE admissions and operational processes

For Experienced Candidates:
24 years of total experience
Minimum 1.53 years in UAE-focused study abroad operations, education lead management, or call
centre operations
Hands-on experience managing leads via Google Ads and Meta Ads
Prior experience handling small to mid-sized calling teams (515 agents)
Exposure to CRM-based lead allocation and performance tracking
Skill Set / Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of call centre workflows, lead funnels, and counselling operations
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic campaign optimisation
Strong grasp of CPL, conversion metrics, and productivity KPIs
Good command over Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools
Ability to manage volume-driven operations with tight timelines
Clear communication and cross-team coordination skills
Familiarity with UAE universities, intakes, and admission processes (Dubai preferred)
