We are looking for an Operations Manager who understands that operations is not about keeping things runningit's about building systems that scale, execute consistently, and improve continuously.
This role is for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations while also strengthening processes, controls, and execution frameworks. You will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency, predictability, and accountability across teams.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage end-to-end operational processes across functions
- Design, implement, and improve SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to defined processes
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics; identify gaps and improvement areas
- Work cross-functionally with business, finance, HR, and delivery teams
- Manage operational risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and delays
- Support capacity planning, resource optimization, and execution planning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational controls
