Role Objective

Own growth and execution at Adxreel by scaling advertisers, creators, and users while directly contributing to revenue and ensuring smooth marketplace operations.

Your Role in Adxreel

You will act as the bridge between all three sides of the platform:

  • Bring advertisers onto Adxreel and help them succeed
  • Grow and manage content creators who power the platform
  • Improve user experience and engagement

What This Role Really Is

This is not a backend operations role.

This is a high-ownership role where you:

  • Execute fast
  • Solve problems daily
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth
- Your success = platform growth + revenue growth
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Ad Sales Execution
  • Drive ad sales through outbound efforts (brands, agencies, startups)
  • Support and close deals alongside founders
  • Improve conversion from leads → paying advertisers
  • Ensure advertisers see clear ROI and continue spending
2. Creator Growth & Monetization
  • Onboard high-quality content creators
  • Build systems to increase creator engagement and retention
  • Help creators earn more → which drives platform growth
  • Identify and activate top-performing creators
3. User Growth & Engagement
  • Work on execution of user acquisition strategies
  • Improve retention by identifying drop-offs and fixing them
  • Coordinate with marketing to increase active users
4. Marketplace Operations (Critical)
  • Maintain balance between:
  • Advertisers (demand)
  • Creators (supply)
  • Users (consumption)
  • Solve gaps quickly (e.g., low ads, inactive creators)
  • Ensure smooth campaign execution end-to-end
5. Execution & Process Building
  • Turn ideas into execution without delays
  • Build simple workflows for:
  • Creator onboarding
  • Campaign execution
  • Advertiser management
  • Remove bottlenecks across teams
6. Hiring & Team Support
  • Help hire early team members (sales, marketing, creators)
  • Manage small teams or freelancers when needed
  • Ensure accountability and output
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years experience in:
  • Startups / growth / operations / sales
  • Strong bias toward execution over planning
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
  • Willing to take ownership of outcomes (not just tasks)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
Big Plus If
  • You've worked in:
  • Creator economy / AdTech / marketplace platforms
  • You have experience in:
  • Sales or closing deals
  • You've built or scaled something from scratch
KPIs / How You'll Be Measured
  • Revenue contribution (direct or supported)
  • Number of active advertisers
  • Creator onboarding & retention
  • Campaign execution success
  • User engagement improvements
What This Role Is NOT
  • Not a 9–5 coordination job
  • Not limited to internal operations
  • Not a follow instructions role
