Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute maritime services (audits, inspections, VDR, supercargo, training, etc.)
- Plan assignments, evaluate requirements, and deploy suitable consultants
- Manage client, agent, and consultant communication throughout the assignment lifecycle
- Handle documentation, compliance, visa, and travel logistics
- Monitor ongoing assignments, track updates, and resolve operational issues
- Ensure timely report submission, quality checks, and assignment closure
- Coordinate invoicing, reimbursements, and internal approvals
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data
- Support process improvement and SOP compliance
- Assist in business development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to lead generation, follow-ups, and sales support activities
