Key Responsibilities
- Maritime Operations (Core):
- Optimize and streamline workflows across maritime teams to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular process audits and stress tests to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in vessel handling and documentation.
- Manage team bandwidth to ensure timely completion of high-priority tasks, such as urgent port clearances.
- Maintain and track detailed performance dashboards, including daily operational metrics and team KPIs.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process enhancement.
- Marketing Support:
- Oversee the creation of technical marketing materials, such as service capability documents and operational case studies.
- Ensure all outputs (reports, emails, documentation) align with the company's professional brand standards.
