Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined intern to support our Operations team. You will play a hands-on role in reviewing retailer-submitted invoices, verifying their accuracy, and helping ensure that points awarded through our loyalty programme are correctly earned and recorded.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices uploaded by retailers and verify them for completeness and accuracy.
- Check that the system has correctly categorised each invoice against programme guidelines.
- Ensure that points accrued are valid and consistent with the supporting invoice data.
- Flag irregularities, duplicate submissions, or potential fraud for review by senior team members.
- Maintain organised records of reviewed invoices and document any discrepancies found.
- Support the broader operations team with related administrative tasks as needed.
