We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented YouTube Operations Intern to support channel growth and audience engagement. The role involves community management, operational support, and performance tracking for our YouTube platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and engage with the audience through YouTube comments and community interactions
- Build and nurture an active and positive YouTube community
- Maintain and track data using Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis
- Support daily YouTube operations including uploads, metadata updates, and coordination tasks
- Monitor audience trends, engagement patterns, and regional content preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of channel activities
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets/Excel
- Comfortable speaking and understanding Tamil and Telugu
- Strong awareness of Tamil and Telugu news, entertainment, and pop culture trends
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage routine operational tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in digital media, social platforms, or content creation
- Familiarity with YouTube platform operations and creator ecosystem
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
