We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern will work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational activities, process optimization, and reporting. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with operational data management, including collecting, organizing, and maintaining operational documents, trackers, and reports.
- Support daily operations by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, business, and project teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Help create and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, process flows, dashboards, status updates, and meeting notes.
- Participate in operational monitoring and quality checks to ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and internal standards.
- Assist in coordinating operational activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing follow-ups.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, documenting gaps, and assisting in implementation of improvements.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators related to operations.
- Stay updated on operational best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations team as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with operational or workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, CRM systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in operations, business processes, or related fields through coursework, internships, or projects (preferred).
