Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Operations Intern. The intern will assist the sales team with operational tasks, customer communications, and data analysis. Responsibilities will include maintaining customer records, coordinating sales processes, supporting customer inquiries, and helping to identify sales opportunities. The role will offer freshers the opportunity to develop essential professional skills in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to perform assessments, evaluate strategies, and manage sales data effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and provide efficient support
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to assist in executing sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
• Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software) is preferred
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
