Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Operations Intern to support the daily operational activities of our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn how business operations function in a fast-paced environment. This internship provides hands-on experience in process improvement, data management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Help manage and update operational documents, databases, and reports.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support process improvements.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Logistics on operational activities.
- Support project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
