Human Loops is an AI operations company working with international technology and AI companies — providing large-scale data collection, annotation, and human-in-the-loop services to clients in the US and globally.
Bharat Growth Agency (BGA) is a creative and digital services company with a multi-year track record serving clients across branding, digital marketing, and growth strategy.
Both companies serve international and domestic clients, and we are scaling our business development efforts across both brands.
Role Overview
This is
not a traditional sales role. We are not looking for someone to make cold calls, do door-to-door pitches, or close deals.
We are hiring two Business Development Research Associates whose core job is to
find, research, and qualify potential clients for both our companies — and craft personalized outreach on behalf of the founding team. All sales conversations, calls, and closings are handled directly by the CEO and senior leadership. Your job is everything that happens before that conversation.
Think of this role as the engine behind our outbound pipeline: you research the market, identify the right companies and decision-makers, build targeted lists, write sharp outreach messages, and manage the mechanics of email and LinkedIn outreach — all under direct guidance from leadership.
If you're someone who enjoys research, is sharp with words, loves digging into company profiles, and gets satisfaction from a well-organized spreadsheet — this role is for you.
What You'll Do Research & Lead Identification
- Research and identify potential client companies for Human Loops (AI startups, technology companies, data platform companies, robotics firms) and BGA (brands, startups, and companies needing creative/digital services)
- Use LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Product Hunt, company websites, news articles, Y Combinator directories, funding databases, and other online sources to build targeted prospect lists
- Identify the right decision-makers at each target company — founders, CEOs, VPs of Operations, Heads of Data, Marketing Heads — based on the specific offering
- Maintain and update a structured lead database in Google Sheets/CRM with company details, contact information, outreach status, and notes

Who We're Looking For Must Have
- Strong English writing skills — this is non-negotiable.
- Research mindset — you enjoy going down rabbit holes, finding information, connecting dots, and building a clear picture of a company from publicly available sources
- Familiarity with LinkedIn
- Organized and systematic
- 1 - 3 years of experience in any of: lead generation, digital marketing, inside sales, market research, content writing, virtual assistance, or recruitment research. Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills will also be considered.
- Comfortable with technology — Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (training provided), CRM basics, and ability to learn new tools quickly
Good to Have
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, SaaS sales research, or working with international clients/companies
- Understanding of the AI/technology industry — even at a surface level
- Experience with email outreach tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Content writing or copywriting experience — helps with crafting compelling outreach
