Role Overview

Join our Merchant Support & Onboarding team to streamline merchant journeys, solve operational challenges, and ensure smooth onboarding. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams while gaining hands-on experience in SaaS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchants efficiently and ensure readiness to transact
• Provide operational support with accuracy and empathy
• Analyze dashboards, prepare reports, and resolve tickets promptly
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
• Basic SQL knowledge to query and interpret data
• Excellent communication skills (email, calls, chats)
• Student or fresh graduate from any stream with interest in operations and merchant support
