Job Description:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – HR Operations for our corporate office in Delhi. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
  • Payroll input coordination, validation, and query handling
  • Attendance & leave management
  • Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
  • HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting
  • Employee engagement and grievance handling
  • Exit management and Full & Final settlement

Key Skills Required:

  • HR Operations
  • Payroll Processing
  • Statutory Compliance
  • HRMS (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting
  • Labour Laws Knowledge

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in HR

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2–6 years of HR operations experience
  • Experience in logistics / infrastructure preferred
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy and multi-location workforce
