Payroll Specialist (4QT Software Experience)

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing through the ERP system (4QT), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The candidate will also handle ERP-related activities, data management, and coordination with internal departments for smooth payroll operations.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll through 4QT ERP system.
• Maintain employee data, attendance, leave, and salary records.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salary, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Handle queries related to payroll, salary slips, and deductions.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT teams for ERP-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Generate payroll reports and MIS.
• Ensure timely closure of payroll cycles.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Payroll Management Certification (optional but preferred), Excel Certification (optional)

Specific Skills:

Strong knowledge of payroll processing, ERP/Software handling (4QT preferred),

Good knowledge of Excel and data management,

Attention to detail and accuracy,

Understanding of labour laws.
