What would you be doing

  • Drive lead utilization across the funnel by managing allotment and re-allotment of leads to maximize conversions
  • Own end-to-end execution of trial/demo sessions, coordinating with hosts, co-hosts, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Engage with inbound organic leads (DMs) and convert interest into booked sessions and revenue
  • Track and manage funnel performance metrics through structured sheets and dashboards, ensuring high data accuracy
  • Identify drop-offs and inefficiencies in the funnel, and proactively suggest improvements to increase bookings and conversions
  • Ensure strong process hygiene and execution excellence across lead management, session operations, and reporting

Who are we looking for

  • Someone with a strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, able to manage multiple moving parts without errors
  • Comfortable working with data, funnels, and metrics, with the ability to spot gaps and act on them
  • Strong communication skills — confident coordinating with teams and engaging with users over DMs
  • A clear bias for action — you follow up, solve problems, and keep things moving without constant supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel and CRM tools is a plus
