About The Job

Seeking an HR Operations Intern to support administrative tasks, data management, and employee onboarding processes. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and interested in gaining HR experience.



Responsibilities

  • Induction Plan:
    • Design and execute end-to-end induction plans for new hires.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
    • Conduct orientation sessions
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation and system setup.
    • Facilitate smooth offboarding for departing employees, ensuring all formalities are completed.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Background Verification Process:
    • Conduct background checks for new hires by company policies.
    • Liaise with verification agencies and follow up on pending verifications.
  • Leave Management:
    • Oversee leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Track and update leave records, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers

  • Labour Tax Compliance:
    • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly returns related to labor tax.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
