Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Operations Head to lead our recruitment, immigration, and visa operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, the ability to build and scale divisions, and ownership of revenue and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end international recruitment and immigration operations
- Build, develop, and scale operational divisions in line with business growth
- Drive monthly targets, revenue generation, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement income generation models and operational strategies
- Act as the face of the company for clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to drive growth
- Ensure smooth execution of visa and immigration processes
- Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and delivery timelines
- Identify market opportunities and align operations accordingly
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and immigration market
- Proven experience in building and scaling teams or divisions
- Track record of handling monthly targets and revenue responsibility
- Sales exposure with ability to drive business growth
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in international healthcare recruitment is an added advantage
