Operations Executive

Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Ex/ TL/ AM- Supply & Operations

Experience: 1–5 years

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong vendor relationships with timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long-term partnerships.
• Supervise reservations, bookings, and itinerary coordination with accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain sales files, ensuring documentation, contracts, and records are consistently updated.
• Manage & solve on ground customer escalations.
• Ensure seamless daily operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of bookings, vendor agreements, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Identify, suggest, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in the travel industry with strong exposure to customer experience or supply & operations.
• Proven experience in customer success, vendor management, and sales file handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
