The Role

We're looking for a Travel Operations Manager with hands-on experience in travel operations to manage the end-to-end execution of our trips.

You will be responsible for vendor management, logistics, on-ground execution and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for domestic and international group trips.

• Coordinate hotels, transport, DMCs, activities, guides and other travel vendors.

• Build and manage strong vendor relationships and negotiate rates.

• Ensure all bookings, confirmations and logistics are in place before every departure.

• Coordinate with trip captains and manage on-ground execution when required.

• Handle last-minute operational issues and ensure quick resolution.

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance and Community teams.

• Monitor vendor performance, trip quality and operational costs.

• Continuously improve processes to ensure smooth and consistent trip execution.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience specifically in travel operations.

• Experience at a travel company, tour operator, DMC, experiential travel or group travel company.

• Strong understanding of travel logistics and vendor management.

• Experience handling group trips and multiple operational requirements simultaneously.

• Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Someone who is highly organised, hands-on and can get things done without constant supervision.

• Willingness to travel when required.

Important: This role requires actual travel-operations experience. Candidates from general operations roles without travel-industry experience will not be considered.
