Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive. This role is ideal for someone interested in operations, education, and community management, who enjoys organizing processes and supporting learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to learner queries and provide support via email or calls
- Schedule learner sessions and coordinate with mentors
- Check mentor availability and manage session calendars
- Track learner projects and monitor progress
- Collect learner feedback via email or calls
- Identify and flag learner progress issues and follow up when needed
- Manage sessions and operational tracking using Notion
- Schedule and manage sessions using Zoom
- Onboard learners to the Discord community
- Support email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (learners and mentors)
- Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and operational workflows efficiently
- Interest in operations, education, or community management
- Excel proficiency required
- Basic knowledge of Data Analysis is a plus
