Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Two-Wheeler Loan Process

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Month-end Sundays working Comp-off in next month 1 st week)

About The Role

We are hiring result-driven Sales Executives to manage and convert two-wheeler loan leads

generated through the KreditBee app. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound

leads, guiding customers through the final stage of the loan journey, and ensuring successful

showroom visits and down payment completion.

Key Responsibilities

Handle approved and high-priority leads from the Data docs team

Make 150+ calls daily and maintain 2+ hours talk time

Connect with customers who have applied for two-wheeler loans via KreditBee

Convince Customers To

Visit the nearest showroom

Finalize bike selection

Complete down payment

Ensure smooth coordination between customer and showroom for final booking

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Focus on maximum unique dispositions and conversions

Maintain proper follow-ups and ensure lead closure

Process Flow Understanding (For Candidate Clarity)

Customer applies for a personal loan via KreditBee app

Selects two-wheeler loan option, bike, and location

Data Docs team verifies documents and approves the application

Negotiation team engages and qualifies the customer

Sales Executive Role Begins Here

Convert the approved lead

Push for showroom visit amp; booking

Ensure down payment completion

Loan gets disbursed

Target amp; Performance Expectations

Expected conversion rate: 50% from assigned leads

Strong ownership of individual sales targets

High focus on revenue generation and closures

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In

Two-wheeler loans / Finance / Insurance / EdTech sales

Experience In High-ticket Sales (23 Lakhs Range) Preferred

Strong communication and convincing skills

Language Telgu, kannada Hindi English

Ability to handle sales pressure and targets

Age: Below 30 years

Skills Required

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Strong follow-up and relationship management

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good understanding of loan/sales process
