Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Track daily expenses and prepare periodic reports
- Maintain records, transactions, and ledgers
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and MOMs
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems
- Implement cost-effective operational practices
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel and MS Office expertise
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
