ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an execution-focused Operations Executive to manage daily coordination, drive renewals, and support events and programs. This is a high-ownership role at the center of student experience and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Student Coordination & Scheduling: Manage class schedules, reschedules, and teacher coordination
- Renewals & Follow-ups: Track plan validity and ensure timely renewals through consistent follow-ups
- Student & Parent Communication: Handle queries, support requests, and ensure smooth experience
- Event & Program Coordination: Support planning and execution of showcases, workshops, and special programs
- Operational Execution: Ensure classrooms, schedules, and sessions run smoothly every day
- Data & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM / tracking systems
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- 1–4 years in operations, coordination, customer support, or similar roles
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organised, reliable, and execution-driven
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks
WORK DETAILS
- Indiranagar, Bengaluru (in-person)
- 6-day work week (weekends working)
- ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA + growth opportunities
