Delta International Institute, also known as Delta Academy, is a premier training center authorized by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), an initiative of the Government of Dubai. Our mission is to build a community that fosters education and provides accessible guidance for navigating financial markets. Through one-on-one mentorship and personalized sessions, we equip individuals with the tools needed to trade consistently and generate sustainable passive income. We offer both online and offline training tailored to individual growth and success.

Role Description

1. Strategic Planning

● Develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

● Identify new growth opportunities and market positioning strategies.

2. Campaign Management

● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).

● Coordinate with digital marketing, content, design, and media teams.

● Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.

3. Brand Positioning & Messaging

● Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication

tone.

● Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

4. Performance & Analytics

● Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and engagement

metrics.

● Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management.

● Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems for analysis.

5. Sales Alignment

● Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

● Develop marketing materials that support the sales funnel.

6. Budget & Resource Planning

● Assist in marketing budget planning and allocation

● Ensure optimal utilization of resources for maximum ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

● 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency (Mandatory)

● Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems

● Experience in campaign planning and performance tracking

● Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
