About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Associate Director with 2–6 years of experience in running and scaling operations.

This role sits at the core of STCH's execution engine and requires someone who can own operations end-to-end, build processes, and drive execution at scale.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive end-to-end operations across key business functions
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, and leadership to ensure seamless execution
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational efficiency
• Build structure and systems to support rapid scale

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in operations / program management / problem-solving roles
• Background in high-growth, execution-heavy companies (Zomato, Swiggy, BlackBuck, Rivigo, Ola, Zetwerk, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Comfortable working with data, tech, and analytics
• Ability to work closely with leadership and act as an execution partner

(Candidates from IIT / IIM or equivalent tier-1 institutions preferred)
