Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations Executive to join the Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great excel skills, business acumen, and depicts high ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams
- Support Operations Manager in multiple work streams across operations: Customer escalations, support, vendor negotiations, procurement and more.
- Support communication and customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Manage workflows, recon across multiple work streams.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and record-keeping for operational and sales activities
- Assist in vendor management and liaison with external partners as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items across teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
- This is a high ownership 6 days a week role.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong excel, analytical, and preparing SOPs skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work hard and independently without being micromanaged.
- Deep understanding of business operations.
- Relevant internship or work experience is a plus
- Completed a bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
