This full-time on-site role as an Operations Executive is based in Kanpur. The role involves overseeing daily business operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth coordination of travel plans and experiences. Responsibilities include managing logistics, analyzing data for performance optimization, maintaining effective communication with clients and partners, and supporting the operations team to deliver exceptional service. The Operations Executive will also play a pivotal role in resolving operational challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, including the ability to manage workflows, schedules, and logistical processes efficiently.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build strong relationships with both clients and business partners, and facilitate clarity in team workflows.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive thinking for addressing unforeseen challenges effectively.
• Proficiency with pertinent software and tools related to operations management is a plus.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
