myPAPERCLIP is India's largest premium notebook brand. We are expanding our distribution vertical to bring global premium stationery brands to India.
Our first launch is Kaweco, the iconic German writing instruments brand with over 140 years of heritage. We are building the team that will scale Kaweco's presence across India.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly organized operator to help run the day-to-day operations of the Kaweco brand in India.
You'll work closely with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure orders move smoothly, partners stay supported, and operational systems scale as the brand grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Vendor & Procurement Management
Manage supplier and distributor relationships, track performance, and ensure smooth procurement and inventory flow.
2. Dispatch & Order Fulfilment
Manage daily dispatches of goods to distributors and retail partners, coordinate with logistics providers, prepare dispatch documentation, track shipments, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
3. Partner & Customer Operations
Coordinate with retailers and channel partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve operational issues quickly.
4. Operational Project Execution
Work across sales, supply chain, and finance teams to execute distribution initiatives and maintain operational timelines.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
24 years of experience in operations management
Experience in operations, supply chain, or distribution
Comfortable managing multiple vendors and stakeholders
Can run projects independently and close loops
Communicate clearly in Hindi and English
Highly proficient in Excel (trackers, dashboards, operational data)
Bonus if you have:
Experience in FMCG / retail distribution, ERP systems, or startup environments
