Working Days: 6 (Rotational Week-Off)

Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (Healthcare Background Preferred)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Operations to coordinate with Patient Care Specialists, City Operations, Insurance, and hospital teams for smooth patient admissions, discharges, and case handling. The role involves resolving escalations, optimizing processes through SOPs, and ensuring accurate data management, requiring strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution & Escalation Management: Resolve operational escalations swiftly by liaising with the appropriate SPOCs, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Patient Care Specialists, City Operations, Insurance, and other teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of patient admissions, discharges, and end-to-end case workflows.

Process Management: Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the creation and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Data Management: Accurately maintain, update, and organize records to ensure reliable and

well-structured data systems.
