Job Title- Warehouse Operations Executive

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sourcing team for the timely receipt & dispatch of stock in the

warehouse

Perform GRN for incoming stock and inventory updates in the system

Generate order working for efficient packaging, labelling, and shipping of items

Liaise with logistic partners to resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.

Execute various operational tasks in the warehouse to support business

requirements effectively.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to

optimise operational workflows and achieve business goals.

Skills / Personality Traits:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and methods.

Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel to create dynamic dashboards and manage data

effectively.

Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver under

minimal supervision.

Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities and

a dynamic workload.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate effectively with

individuals at all levels.

Empathetic and capable of understanding and responding to the needs of colleagues

and stakeholders.

Ability to make informed decisions calmly and effectively under pressure.

Eligibility:

Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C warehouse preferably within the

fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.

Experience with Uniware and Shopify is a plus
