We're building automation-first operations (Jira + Shiprocket) and looking for an Operations Executive to own orders, production, and customer experience after checkout. Role Description

As our Operations Executive, you'll be the backbone of the business, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs like a well-oiled machine. From managing the supply chain to refining processes, your role will be critical in ensuring our collections make it from concept to customer without a hitch.

In this role, the Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, inventory coordination, and vendor and logistics management to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer delivery.

The role includes monitoring operational KPIs, analyzing data to identify process improvements, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This position also involves preparing regular reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational planning for new collections, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves systems, detail, and making things work

We're looking for someone who can dive into the details while also thinking strategically about how to scale as we grow. You'll help us stay agile and adaptable, developing new processes that can support our ambitions to expand into new markets and product lines. This is a key role where you'll work closely with senior management to align operations with the overall business strategy, making sure we're always one step ahead.

Qualifications

• Strong operations and operations management skills to handle daily workflows, inventory, logistics, and process optimisation.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make informed recommendations for operational improvements.
• Effective interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic ERP or inventory systems, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

What You'll Own:

• Every order after checkout — COD confirmation, courier booking, delivery follow-up, delays, returns & exchanges (Shopify + Amazon)

• Our automation stack — Jira + Shiprocket; handle exceptions, increase zero-touch orders over time. Understand the process by executing it and building it to minimise ops effort moving forward.

• Production coordination — PO to QC, vendor follow-up, inventory triggers, negotiation where needed

• Customer connection — warm, honest communication that reflects our brand; empathy with firm problem-solving

• Data & process — Excel/Sheets trackers, RTO analysis, weekly manufacturer reports, continuous improvement

Who we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and thrive under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with using data and efficient in use of Excel
• Willingness and Curiosity to learn and dive deeper into all things AI related
• Basic Jira and Atlassian knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferable
