Warehouse Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate stock matching and picking for orders.
• Update warehouse software and trackers in real-time.
• Prepare daily reports and share with managers.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Handle multiple transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse.
• Prepare and manage shipments efficiently.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of warehouse (WH) processes.
• Comfortable working in warehouse timings and environment.
• Strong experience in Advanced Excel.
• Proficient in Outlook, especially managing a large number of emails.
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
