Role Description

The Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day execution and planning of OPD/IPD activities, ensuring high-quality patient experience and seamless coordination between hospitals, doctors, and the internal team. The role demands strong execution discipline, daily performance tracking, and an improvement-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily OPD / IPD Operations:

Manage and plan end-to-end operations for patient flow throughout the day

Ensure OPD/IPD processes run smoothly as per schedules and patient load

Proactively resolve on-ground issues to maintain uninterrupted operations

Feedback & Improvement:

Capture patient & process feedback from daily operations

Identify gaps and share action-points for improved planning and execution

Work closely with management to implement improvements

Patient Experience & Resolution

Maintain high patient satisfaction and service quality standards

Handle queries, delays, and escalations with empathy and clarity

Ensure timely follow-ups and problem closure

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate closely with hospitals, surgeons, optometrists & sales teams

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned for daily operations and surgery planning

Maintain timely communication for schedule changes, delays or patient requirements

Daily Metrics & Reporting

Track and report operational KPIs: OPD count, ATS, conversion, flow efficiency

Monitor patient movement, time-slots, waiting periods and throughput

Share daily/weekly MIS reports with operations leadership

Requirements

Strong communication & coordination skills

Ability to handle fast-paced operational environments

Preferred: Experience in hospital/clinic operations (not mandatory)

Good knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools

Problem-solving approach and ability to work independently

Willingness to travel or support multi-location operations if needed

. 0-1 Yrs experience in operations (internship experience excepted)
