Operations Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, business reporting, cross-functional coordination, and supporting customer issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Internal Interaction
- Maintain a positive, polite, and professional attitude with customers and internal team members.
- Adhere to a zero-tolerance policy for misbehavior in any form.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer-reported cases effectively.
- Be flexible in making calls and handling other operational assignments as required.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use statistical and analytical methods to analyze data and generate meaningful business reports.
- Develop data-driven models to identify trends in customer behavior and overall market patterns.
- Work with management to develop a prioritized list of business needs across segments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to define data needs for various business analysis initiatives.
Task & Process Management
- Maintain and regularly update a list of pending and completed tasks, with detailed remarks for future reference.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on ongoing assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Support cross-functional teams, including software and hardware departments, to address system-related concerns.
Requirements
Educational & Professional
- Graduate (Full-time).
- 23 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Good PC proficiency, especially in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with working across diverse market landscapes and platforms/products.
Work Conditions
- Flexible to work 247 shifts, including weekends, holidays, rest days, and extended hours if required.
- Willing and able to travel or work onsite PAN India, based on business needs.
