About the Role
Xtrawrkx is hiring on behalf of one of the leading organizations for the role of Operations Executive – EV Fleet.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their career in the rapidly growing electric mobility sector. It is a field-intensive role (70–80% on-ground work), requiring hands-on involvement in managing day-to-day fleet operations across multiple client locations while ensuring operational efficiency, asset safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Monitoring & Field Operations
- Visit client hubs regularly across Delhi NCR
- Inspect vehicles, parking areas, and charging infrastructure
- Ensure proper utilization of vehicles and identify misuse
Vehicle Tracking & Verification
- Monitor fleet through IoT-based tracking systems
- Physically verify vehicle availability at hubs
- Identify discrepancies such as missing or underutilized vehicles
Asset Safety & Compliance
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition
- Monitor battery, controller, and overall vehicle health
- Promote safe charging practices and proper handling
Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns
- Escalate critical issues when necessary
Inventory Support
- Track spare parts and maintain inventory records
- Ensure availability of essential components
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain fleet records (vehicle details, uptime/downtime, etc.)
- Share daily updates with photos/videos
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Operational Support & Client Coordination
- Ensure adherence to SOPs at client locations
- Coordinate with hub managers for smooth operations
- Support on-ground client requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel frequently
- Basic understanding or interest in electric vehicles (preferred)
- Good communication and email writing skills (mandatory)
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
