Role Description
This is a part/full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Sirsa. The Accountant will oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will handle payroll processing, analyze financial data, and assist in preparing budgets and reports for the organization's projects. The Accountant will also manage reimbursements and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and creating Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Tally
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Processing
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Financial Regulations, and Budget Management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Experience in a non-profit organization is an advantage
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
