Job Description

Primary Title: Operations Executive

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the HR technology and career services sector, we deliver talent solutions and operational support that connect candidates with career opportunities across India. We operate a high-velocity, customer-facing operations environment focused on quality, compliance, and continual process improvement. This onsite role in India is ideal for candidates who thrive in structured, metrics-driven operations and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day back-office and field operations including order processing, candidate onboarding, and client coordination to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Execute and maintain SOPsdocument workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost throughput and accuracy.
  • Operate CRM/ATS systems for data entry, pipeline tracking, and status updates; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party partnersonboarding, issue resolution, invoice reconciliation and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and present insights to stakeholders to drive decisions.
  • Support ad-hoc projects such as audit readiness, compliance checks, and cross-functional initiatives to scale operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in operations, back-office, or customer-facing execution roles (on-site).
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or ATS for candidate/client management.
  • Experience developing and following SOPs and standard workflows.
  • Vendor management and basic invoice reconciliation experience.
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs and delivering concise operational dashboards.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or leading ATS platforms.
  • Prior experience in HR tech, recruitment operations, or staffing services.
  • Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or ERP systems.
