Primary Title: Operations Executive

We operate a high-velocity, customer-facing operations environment focused on quality, compliance, and continual process improvement. This onsite role in India is ideal for candidates who thrive in structured, metrics-driven operations and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back-office and field operations including order processing, candidate onboarding, and client coordination to ensure SLA adherence.
- Execute and maintain SOPsdocument workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost throughput and accuracy.
- Operate CRM/ATS systems for data entry, pipeline tracking, and status updates; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partnersonboarding, issue resolution, invoice reconciliation and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report operational KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and present insights to stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Support ad-hoc projects such as audit readiness, compliance checks, and cross-functional initiatives to scale operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in operations, back-office, or customer-facing execution roles (on-site).
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or ATS for candidate/client management.
- Experience developing and following SOPs and standard workflows.
- Vendor management and basic invoice reconciliation experience.
- Comfortable tracking KPIs and delivering concise operational dashboards.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or leading ATS platforms.
- Prior experience in HR tech, recruitment operations, or staffing services.
- Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or ERP systems.
