We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Executive to support and streamline day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, coordinate with internal teams, and help improve processes for efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements to optimize operations
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, HR, and logistics
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed as planned
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups as required
- Support inventory, procurement, or service operations (as applicable)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Knowledge of process improvement or operations planning
