Scope and drive cross-organizational projects, programs and improvement efforts to solve operational challenges impacting YouTube Trust and safety. Manage cross-functional relationships and workstreams across Trust and safety organization to execute projects that improve operational efficiency and efficacy.
Define and execute operating processes and tools to manage reviewer operations. Identify challenges and issues across the organization, creating programs and/or processes to solve them. Drive high-level progress on roadmap and manage large dependencies and blockers.
Set up cadence for workstreams and communications flow to raise and address blockers, ensuring mitigation is in place when needed.
Oversee team-wide and executive communications, including weekly executive leadership updates.
Work with the vendor partners, scaled operations and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a list of process efficiency and effectivenes. Serve as a point of contact for various work efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in operations program management domain.
Experience with SQL and analyzing data sets to drive decision making.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with scaled operations and or/operational roles in trust and safety.
Experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
Experience in Process Improvement/Lean six sigma.
Ability to manage ambiguity and, adapt and lead through dynamic environments.
