Role Overview

This role is focused on driving high-quality execution of the candidate journey across campuses. It involves proactively identifying breakdowns, bringing together the right stakeholders to solve them, and continuously improving processes to ensure a consistent and scalable experience. You will operate at the intersection of execution, coordination, and data-backed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Journey Management

  • Own and monitor the end-to-end candidate journey across multiple campuses
  • Ensure smooth execution of processes from onboarding to course completion

Problem Identification & Resolution

  • Proactively identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and candidate pain points
  • Drive timely resolution by collaborating with internal teams (academics, placements, sales, etc.)
  • Act as the first point of escalation for candidate-related operational issues

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Coordinate with campus teams to maintain consistency in candidate experience

Data & Reporting

  • Track key operational metrics related to candidate experience and journey
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Use data to support decision-making and process improvements

Process Improvement

  • Continuously refine and optimize processes for better efficiency and scalability
  • Contribute to building SOPs and documentation for standardization

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets basic to intermediate level)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
