We are looking for new team members to join our Operations team. This document describes the Operations Associate position within the Operations team.

Location: This role is open to candidates based in India or Hong Kong. The position is hybrid, and the exact working arrangement will depend on the candidate's location. This role does not require you to be in the office every day, but it may require occasional travel.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of client engagements, leadership development programs (in-person or virtual), and other project initiatives. This includes (but is not limited to) stakeholder management, meeting coordination, logistics arrangements, schedule planning, producing, contracting, and finance administration. (We will provide training and guidance to induct the person into this. You do not need to be an expert in all aspects of the role)
  • Provide operational support across internal and external projects from time to time, as needed - Examples include:
  • Act as an executive assistant to schedule and arrange client meetings
  • Provide a full spectrum of office management, including daily office operations, vendor management and general administrative support
  • Assist with accounts payable and invoicing
  • Provide recruitment support, including hiring coordination, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding, etc.
  • Undertake other responsibilities in areas where your skills and interests match company needs, e.g. marketing, IT, supporting at workshops, etc. (this part is for you to shape)

The candidate must:

  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Have 3+ years of operations, administrative or other relevant experience in a professional services environment
  • Have project coordination experience (such as event / conference coordination, or other types of projects that involve coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders)
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel and be willing to learn more tools and platforms as needed (e.g. AI-enabled tools)
