We are looking for
Operations Associates who will support the operations team in managing end-to-end operational workflows, data tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 / year
Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
- Design and deliver customized training modules based on students learning levels and academic requirements.
- Develop and administer practice questions, tests, and mock assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Analyze test results and provide individual feedback and targeted improvement strategies.
- Incorporate real-time problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and speed-enhancement methods to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams for scheduling, tracking progress, and aligning training outcomes.
Eligibility
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of operations and project handling
