Operations Associates!
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve external user issues effectively
- Analyze current processes and propose changes to scale operations and enhance user experience
- Collaborate with teams to improve product offerings and external product messaging
- Gain insights into how users scale and operate their businesses
- Contribute to building a new team and defining operational culture
- Learn and engage with internal systems and processes
- Partner with global operations specialists or process owners to manage critical workflows

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience in customer service or internal/external user-facing operations
- Eagerness to learn technical products and processes
- Organized and proactive self-starter with a solution-driven approach

- Comfortable working in-office and collaborating across multiple teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with humility and the ability to work well cross-functionally
