As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a Operations Specialist to drive seamless content execution, support AI-led initiatives, and enhance listener engagement through strong operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Content Operations Specialist will oversee end-to-end operational workflows for shows, experiments, and content initiatives. This role involves close coordination with editorial, production, QC, and analytics teams to ensure smooth show launches, efficient processes, and high-quality content delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily show workflows including show prep, asset creation, voice finalization, and episode releases
• Coordinate voice production and collaborate with QC teams to maintain quality standards
• Ensure timely show launches and smooth execution of episode releases
• Maintain voice asset repositories, naming conventions, and pronunciation libraries
• Track VO/PP targeting and manage voice bank follow-ups
• Track and report editorial, production, and QC productivity on a weekly basis
• Maintain dashboards for retention, revenue, payer retention, and performance metrics
• Monitor playcount, discovery metrics, and overall content performance
• Generate experiment reports and document key insights
• Support AI and A/B experiments, including setup, tracking, and sample validation
• Work on English and Spanish content experiments and implement improvements based on results
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements
• Conduct quality checks on voice production and content assets with actionable feedback
• Handle ad hoc operational and legal support requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Editorial, Production, PP, QC, Sketch, Product, and global teams
• Leverage best practices across regions to improve efficiency and content quality
• Continuously optimize workflows and expand operational capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content operations, editorial workflows, or production coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve workflows
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools, voice production, or audio platforms is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
