About the Role

We're looking for a high-ownership operator to manage inbound operations and the GRN process across 3 warehouses. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, logistics, and warehousing, and is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, fast inwards, and zero leakages. If you enjoy solving messy operational problems and building processes from scratch, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

1.End-to-End Inbound Visibilty

Own the inbound pipeline from dispatch to GRN across all warehouses

Work closely with sourcing to track ETAs for domestic and import shipments

Build and maintain a single source of truth for all incoming inventory

2. Warehouse Alignment & Execution

• Ensure warehouses are fully prepped for incoming shipments with clear visibility on timelines and SKUs
• Drive adherence to SLAs for inwarding and GRN completion

3. Smart Inventory Allocation

• Translate packing lists into clear FC-wise allocation plans
• Decide what goes where based on inventory levels, demand, and capacity
• Continuously optimize stock distribution to reduce inter-warehouse movements

4. WMS & PO Accuracy

• Create and manage POs in the WMS with high accuracy and speed
• Ensure inward operations are enabled seamlessly through correct system setup

5. GRN Tracking & Closure

• Chase, unblock, and close GRNs across all warehouses
• Ensure real-time system updates and no lag in inventory visibility

6. Reconciliation & Problem Solving

• Reconcile shipped vs. received quantities at SKU level
• Identify gaps (shortage/excess/damage), dig into root causes, and drive resolution
• Trigger corrective actions including raising additional POs or adjustments

7. Exception Handling & Escalation

• Act as the first line of defense for inbound issues
• Escalate proactively with context, data, and solutions - not just problems

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or warehousing
• Strong ownership mindset - you don't wait, you drive
• High comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and WMS tools
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
• Structured thinker who can bring order to ambiguity
