Placement Operations Associate

Job Location: On-site, Bengaluru, JP Nagar, Bengaluru

Full-time; Immediate Joiners Preferred

Working Days - Mon – Sat (6days working)

Experience - 1–2 Yrs Exp

Compensation - 5LPA

Key Responsibilities

● Review and evaluate candidate resumes to ensure job readiness

● Conduct calls with students/customers for guidance and follow-ups

● Schedule meetings, mock interviews, and placement sessions

● Take sessions/training when required

● Prepare reports and manage LMS test alignment

● Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently

Required Skills

● Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

● Familiarity with CRM tools

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Good organizational and time management abilities

Eligibility Criteria

● Graduate in any discipline

● 1–2 years of experience in operations / placement / customer support roles
